About me

Most of what I know comes from building things and watching the first version fail: drone frames that flexed until I switched to CNC aluminium, a generative-design airframe trimmed down to 10 grams, and a maze robot that ended up the only reliable one in my grade.

I started learning CAD in 2024. Since then, each of those projects has gone from a model in Fusion to something I could actually fly or run — which is the part I care about most.

Outside the workshop I bike, ski, and swim, and I put a lot of energy into scouting and service — more on those in the Scouting and Leadership & service sections below.

Scouting

I've been part of Scouting America since 2021, alongside school here in Germany. I'm a Life Scout, a member of the Order of the Arrow, and I've completed National Youth Leadership Training.

As Senior Patrol Leader I ran troop meetings, planned camps and outdoor activities, and acted as the link between the scouts and the adult leaders. In 2024 I helped plan International Friendship Camp as a youth leader, focusing on program and activity planning.

Scouting is where I learned to set a goal, organise people around it, and finish the job — the same habits I bring into the workshop.

Leadership & service

At BIS I also take on school service roles. The largest was a student-led Valencia floods fundraiser that raised over €2,000 with more than 100 service hours.
